My tracking link shows no updates.

That is normal for the first 2–3 business days. The carrier only scans the package once it is picked up. If nothing changes after 5 business days, message us with your order number.

I did not get a shipping email.

Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Send us your order number and the email you used at checkout and we will send the link again.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped yet. Message us as soon as you can with your order number and the new address.
