These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and any purchase you make from ONÉRO ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The store

This store is operated by ONÉRO and hosted on Shopify. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Products and colors

We do our best to show every product accurately. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in fabric are normal. Product details, availability and prices can change without notice.

3. Prices and offers

All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Promotions such as Buy one, get one free or Fall Season apply only to the items and dates stated in the offer, and can't be combined unless we say so.
If a price is listed incorrectly because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a payment can't be verified or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are described in our Return & Exchange Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.

7. Content and trademarks

All text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to ONÉRO or its partners. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you allow us to use it on our site and channels. Don't post anything unlawful, offensive or that belongs to someone else.

9. Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, ONÉRO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
