Buying clothes online should be easy to undo. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange it.

The Fit Guarantee

Size wrong? Your first size exchange is on us. We send the new size and cover the shipping both ways. Just ask within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Items returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.
• Pieces bought on sale, including Fall Season, follow the same rules.

We can't accept items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.

How to start a return or exchange

1. Send us a message with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and next steps.
3. Pack the items securely and send them back. Keep your shipping receipt until the return is done.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Return shipping for refunds is paid by the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Size exchanges under the Fit Guarantee are free.

Buy one, get one free

The free shirt has no refund value on its own. To get a full refund, return both shirts. Want a different size? Exchange either one under the Fit Guarantee.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, shipping included.
